Matsushima Island
Matsushima is the general name of a group of some 260 islands, large and small, that are scattered along the coastal part of Matsushima Bay. The view of Matsushima changes from place-to-place and from-season-to-season, and is so beautiful that it is said to be one of the three most beautiful scenic sites in Japan.
